Kelly O'Brian, CRM |
Kelly O'Brian has worked in the records management field for twelve years. She holds a BS in Organizational Administration and a partial masters in Software Systems. She has been an ARMA International and Dallas Chapter member since 2012. She earned the Certified Records Manager (CRM) designation in 2013. She holds the Essentials of Records and Information Management and the Essentials of the Generally Accepted Recordkeeping Principles certifications through ARMA International. Additionally, she also holds NAGARA’s LGARA Certification. She served on the Dallas ARMA Chapter Board for six years (including two years as President); she was the Education and Programming Advisor for the Southwest ARMA Region; and, has now rejoined the Dallas Chapter Board as President for the 2022-2023 Year. Kelly is the Records Management Officer for the North Texas Municipal Water District (a local government) and manages the Records Maintenance Department. Her focus for the past several years is transitioning the District from permanent records retention to following a records retention schedule. |

William Basinger graduated in 1998 with a BA from St. Edward’s University in Austin, TX. He spent 7 years as a contracts administration in telecommunications before joining the Records Management ranks in 2007 where he managed an in-house records center at AT&T Wi-Fi Services. William spent 11 years at BBVA USA where he started managing vendor consolidation, retention schedule creation, and training development. He rose to VP for the Information Lifecycle Management team there, and led the team to implement an electronic information management solution to organize and manage the structured and unstructured data across the company’s footprint. Today he has accepted a position at PNC as their Program Manager for eRecords. William has been an active member of ARMA since 2007. He has served on the Austin ARMA Board as Newsletter Editor, WebMaster Co Chair, Vice President, President and Immediate Past President. He is currently a Chapter Advisor on the Southwest Region leadership team for Governance and Operations. He achieved his CRM in Mar of 2016 and received his certificate in Understanding the Generally Accepted Record Keeping Principles (the Principles) in 2014. |

Native to the DFW area, Sherri Taylor has founded and managed 2 record centers over the past 35 years, doing everything from facility planning, marketing and design, and staff management. She specializes in problem solving and project management, and is most proud of the Customer Service offered. Armstrong Archives does not say NO! |
