Speaker:  Peter Kurilecz

Peter Kurilecz is a Certified Records Manager, Certified Archivists Emeritus and a Certified Information Governance Profession. He is a Fellow of ARMA International. He started in Records and Information Management in 1980 as the photo-archivist for the Dallas Public Library's Dallas History and Archives. Since then he has worked for a variety of companies in Dallas, Houston and Virginia. He is currently the Records Management Officer for the City of Dallas. He served on ARMA International's Board of Directors and is a Past President of the organization. He is currently serving on two ARMA committees, The Content and Standards Committee and the IGP Certification Oversight Committee. He lives in South Oak Cliff on approximately two acres with his ginger cat Bob. He has two adult children, one grandchild and another on the way. Both live in England.

Peter will be talking about the many benefits of being a member of ARMA International, the Institute of Certified Records Managers and Information Management related certifications.
